Public Hearing


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday April 16 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, to propose amending chapter 02-14-020 Clear View of Intersecting Streets and chapter 02-31-014-H Subdivisions – storm water lot specifications in the Naples City Land Use Ordinance.

The hearing will be held at a special Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact Joshua Bake at (435) 789-9090.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify the Naples City Office at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
