After the citation is issued to you by an officer, the officer gives the citation to the police department, the police department in turn sends it to us. We enter the citation and give it a case number. You need to contact the court no less than 5 days but no more than 14 days from the date of violation.
If the citation is a bailable offense you may either mail your payment or bring it into the court clerks office for a receipt.
If the violation requires a mandatory court appearance you will need to appear for an arraignment before the judge, to enter your plea.
