Sidewalk replacement and installation of boiler lines at the Naples City Office Building

Naples City is requesting written bids on Sidewalk replacement in The Front of the Naples City office building to replace sidewalks on the front two entries and install boiler lines. Bids need to be turned in by August 1, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. Please submit bids at the city office at 1420 East 2850 South Naples, Utah or by email to naplesroad3@gmail.com.

 

This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, and liability insurance to perform the project. The work includes the following:

Removal of existing sidewalks, installation of boiler lines and new sidewalks in front entries of the city office, and connecting the heated sidewalks to the existing boiler system with record of functionality.

City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any bid, or portion thereof, which, in their opinion, is most advantageous to the City.

Received bids will be presented to the City Council at the next regularly scheduled.
