NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday November 19, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, to propose 02-07 Nonconforming uses-noncomplying structures; accessory building setbacks in all residential zones; 02-31-010 Subdivisions-Improvement Completion Assurance in the Naples City Land Use Ordinance.

 

The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact Joshua Bake at (435) 789-9090.
