NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday October 20, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, to propose adding Medical Cannabis as a conditional use in the Industrial Zone in the Naples City Land Use Ordinance.

 

The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact Joshua Bake at (435) 789-9090.
