NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday March 20, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, Naples, Utah.

 

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezone for all properties within Naples City that abut Highway 40. The proposed rezone would change the current zoning designation of these properties to Commercial.

 

The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact (435) 789-9090.
