Naples City residents: Please review the attached information regarding fireworks restrictions for the Independence Day holiday.

Due to increased fire danger and drought conditions, all aerial fireworks are banned within Naples City limits. Ground fireworks are also prohibited within 200 feet of high-risk areas identified on the wildland urban interface map, which will be posted shortly. Anyone who starts a fire or causes damage as a result of fireworks may be held financially responsible.

We ask everyone to use caution, respect the restrictions, and help protect our homes, neighborhoods, public lands, and first responders.
